YUEMENG is a mixed-use TOD (Transit-Oriented Development) project developed by the state-owned company SFRS in Shenzhen, China. This innovative project, designed with a modern and contemporary l i festyle concept, seamlessly integrates a retail mall, office spaces, and residential apartments into one cohesive unit. Developed by the government, YUEMENG aims to provide a balanced work-life environment for its residents. Our design draws inspiration from the iconic architectural element of the Golden Umbrella. This unique shape is central to our modern and artistic design approach. We have created signage that emphasizes material selection, detail, and elegant form, with minimal decoration. This modern and minimalist design harmonizes beautifully with the overall architecture, landscape, and environment of the project.
